Usta İstanbul kullanıcı gizliliğine önem verir. Uygulama kullanımı sırasında ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, adres, ilçe bilgisi, profil görselleri, hizmet alanları, yorumlar, puanlamalar ve abonelik durumu gibi bilgiler toplanabilir. Bu bilgiler kullanıcı hesabını yönetmek, ustaları listelemek, iletişimi kolaylaştırmak, yorum ve puanlama sistemini işletmek, abonelik durumunu doğrulamak ve hizmet kalitesini geliştirmek amacıyla kullanılır.

Ödeme işlemleri Apple App Store ve Google Play gibi üçüncü taraf platformlar üzerinden yürütülebilir. Kart bilgileriniz doğrudan Usta İstanbul tarafından saklanmaz. Veriler yasal zorunluluklar dışında satılmaz; ancak uygulamanın çalışması için Firebase gibi altyapı hizmetleri kullanılabilir.

Kullanıcılar hesap bilgilerini güncelleme, destek talebinde bulunma ve hesap silme talebi oluşturma hakkına sahiptir.

Usta Istanbul values user privacy. While using the app, information such as name, email address, phone number, address, district information, profile images, service categories, reviews, ratings, and subscription status may be collected. This information is used to manage user accounts, list service providers, facilitate communication, operate the review and rating system, verify subscription status, and improve service quality.

Payments may be processed through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store and Google Play. Card details are not stored directly by Usta Istanbul. Personal data is not sold except where required by law; however, infrastructure services such as Firebase may be used to operate the app.

Users have the right to update account information, contact support, and request account deletion.
