Usta İstanbul, hizmet arayan kullanıcılarla ustaları ve işletmeleri bir araya getiren bir platformdur. Uygulamayı kullanarak doğru bilgi vermeyi, uygulamayı hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanmamayı ve diğer kullanıcılara zarar verecek içerikler paylaşmamayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Usta veya işletme olarak kayıt olan kullanıcılar sundukları hizmetlerin doğruluğundan ve kalitesinden kendileri sorumludur. Kullanıcılar uygulama içinde yorum ve puanlama yapabilir. Uygunsuz, yanıltıcı veya kötüye kullanıma açık içerikler kaldırılabilir.
Abonelik gerektiren özellikler için uygulama içi ödeme sistemleri kullanılabilir. Aboneliklerin iptali ve varsa geri ödeme süreçleri App Store veya Google Play politikalarına tabidir. Usta İstanbul, platform üzerinde kullanıcılar arasında gerçekleşen hizmet ilişkilerinde doğrudan taraf değildir.
Kurallara aykırı kullanım durumunda hesaplar askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.

Usta Istanbul is a platform that connects customers with service providers and businesses. By using the app, you agree to provide accurate information, not to use the app for unlawful purposes, and not to share harmful, misleading, or abusive content.
Users who register as providers or businesses are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the services they offer. Users may leave reviews and ratings within the app. Inappropriate, misleading, or abusive content may be removed.
In-app payment systems may be used for subscription-based features. Subscription cancellation and any refund processes are subject to App Store or Google Play policies. Usta Istanbul is not a direct party to service relationships or disputes between users on the platform.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated in cases of misuse or violation of the rules.

Hizmet Tanımı
USTA KIBRIS, hizmet arayan kullanıcılar ile usta ve işletmeleri bir araya getiren bir platformdur. Uygulama, kullanıcıların hizmet sağlayıcıları görüntülemesine, iletişime geçmesine, yorum yapmasına ve hizmet profilleri oluşturmasına imkan tanır.
Kullanıcı Sorumluluğu
Kullanıcılar doğru, güncel ve kendilerine ait bilgi sağlamakla yükümlüdür.
Uygulama hukuka aykırı, yanıltıcı veya kötüye kullanım amaçlı kullanılamaz.
Kullanıcılar paylaştıkları içerikten kendileri sorumludur.
Usta ve İşletme Profilleri
Usta veya işletme olarak kayıt olan kullanıcılar, sundukları hizmetlerin doğruluğundan sorumludur. Profilin yayınlanması veya aktif kalması platform kurallarına ve gerekli abonelik şartlarına bağlı olabilir.
Yorumlar ve İçerik
Kullanıcı yorumları hakaret, yanıltıcı bilgi, tehdit veya yasa dışı içerik içermemelidir. USTA KIBRIS, uygun görmediği içerikleri kaldırma hakkını saklı tutar.
Abonelik ve Ödeme
Usta/işletme tarafındaki bazı özellikler ücretli abonelik kapsamında sunulabilir.
Abonelikler App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yönetilir.
Fiyatlandırma, yenileme, iptal ve iade süreçleri ilgili mağaza kurallarına tabidir.
Hesap Silme
Kullanıcılar hesaplarının silinmesini talep edebilir. Abonelik iptali mağaza hesabı üzerinden yapılmalıdır. Hesap silme sonrası bazı kayıtların yasal veya teknik gereklilikler kapsamında sınırlı süre saklanması gerekebilir.
Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
USTA KIBRIS, kullanıcılar ile hizmet sağlayıcılar arasında gerçekleşen birebir hizmet ilişkisinin doğrudan tarafı değildir. Platform, kullanıcılar arasında doğabilecek anlaşmazlıklardan sınırlı ölçüde sorumludur.
Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm uygulama veya ilgili sayfalar üzerinden yayımlanır.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the content they submit.
Provider and Business Profiles
Users registering as providers or businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the services they offer. Publication or continued activation of a profile may depend on platform rules and applicable subscription requirements.
Reviews and Content
User reviews must not contain abusive, misleading, threatening, or unlawful content. USTA KIBRIS reserves the right to remove content it considers inappropriate.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some provider/business features may be offered as paid subscriptions.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play.
Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund processes are subject to the rules of the relevant store.
Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the relevant store account. After account deletion, some records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal or technical reasons.
Limitation of Liability
USTA KIBRIS is not the direct party to the service relationship between users and providers. The platform has limited responsibility for disputes that may arise between users.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will be published within the app or on the related pages.
